Charge Controller

A charge controller is specifically designed to regulate the voltage and current coming from the solar panels into the battery. Most panels that are rated at 12V actually generate about 16 to 20 volts, so if there is no regulation the batteries will be damaged due to overcharging.

Charge controllers vary in specifications, which solely depends on the total voltage and amperes (current) of the solar array. We offer a wide range of charge controllers which are adequate for 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 110V, and 220V systems, with ampere functionality ranging from 3A to 400A.

Our controllers have already passed through inspection and CE certificate carried out by communication power supply supervision and inspection center of National Information Industry Ministry. The main characteristics are given below:

Functions are advanced SCM control, PWM charge mode and highly efficient energy management. The controller adopts module style capacity extension mode, convenient maintenance and facilitates to extend and increase capacity of the product. Controller adopts exterior shape design with IP65 rating and is suitable for outdoor use. Main loop of charge adopts low energy consumption, long life‐span switch devices and high charge efficiency. The systematic input/output exits are equipped with anti‐thunder protector to prevent from lightning strike and surge current impact. The inside of controller is designed for protection with secure and reliable performances. Controller adopts LCD display, easy operation, easy understanding for display.

The controllers can adjust the charging voltage and current on the basis of battery status showed from the controller. It can make the charging of the battery meet the practical requirements. It also can improve the charging efficiency and reach the purpose of rapid and stable charging. The DC output function of controller of this series can supply power to the DC Loads.
